Job overview
Lumen Growth Partners is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to help keep campaigns organized, assets moving and results documented across multiple digital channels. Rather than focusing on just one channel, this role supports the coordination between email marketing, social media, website content, paid campaigns, events and reporting. You will help maintain calendars and trackers, work with writers and designers, check links and copy, and make sure campaign tasks are completed and recorded accurately.
No professional marketing experience or certification is required. Paid training is provided, and candidates with strong written English, organization and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. The role may suit recent graduates, marketing students, career changers and people who have built relevant skills through coursework, volunteering or personal projects.
A broad introduction to digital marketing
This position offers exposure to how a campaign moves from planning to publishing and measurement. You may help prepare a newsletter, check a landing page, coordinate an ad creative, schedule social content and then update a report showing traffic, leads or conversions. You are not expected to arrive as an expert in every platform; the priority is reliable coordination, careful communication and learning the tools used by the assignment.
Employment and pay
Available employment types are full-time or contract. Full-time schedules are typically 40 hours per week during standard business hours. Contract assignments may be organized around a project or campaign. Pay is $18–$26 per hour depending on experience and scope; entry-level candidates typically start near the lower end. Some assignments may offer bonuses tied to campaign performance or lead generation.
What you’ll coordinate
- Support campaign plans across email, social media, website content and paid advertising, keeping deadlines and deliverables visible.
- Help prepare and proofread blog posts, landing pages, email copy and ad text before publication.
- Maintain social posting schedules and assist with routine audience engagement or escalation.
- Help assemble newsletters and email sequences, checking links, formatting and audience lists.
- Track campaign performance, including website traffic, click-through rates, leads and conversions, and prepare clear status reports.
- Coordinate requests and handoffs with designers, writers, internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Keep marketing calendars, project trackers, invoices and campaign documentation up to date.
- Research competitors, audience questions, trends and keywords to inform campaign planning.
- Support SEO tasks such as basic keyword research and content optimization without making this a search-only role.
- Update website pages in a content management system and check that links, copy and page details are accurate.
- Help coordinate copy and creative assets for Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
- Assist with event and webinar promotion, lead-generation workflows and CRM data quality.
A typical campaign workflow
Specific tasks vary by campaign and assignment, but coordination often follows a repeatable sequence. You help clarify the deliverable and due date, gather copy and creative assets, check details, coordinate approvals, confirm that the content is published or scheduled, and record results for the team.
