Good to know

Seen something suspicious? Report it at hr@jobspherehr.com.

1. Never pay to get hired

Real employers do not charge for training, equipment, background checks or "starter kits."

2. Beware of fake checks

If someone sends a check and asks you to deposit it and send money back, it is a scam. The check will bounce.

3. Check the details

Look for a real company website, a business email address and a specific job description. Be wary of chat-app-only interviews.

4. Trust your gut

Pressure to act fast, promises of high pay for easy work and requests for your bank or ID details early are all red flags.
