Unity Clinical Partners is seeking a compassionate Women's Health Telehealth Registered Nurse to support patients through innovative virtual healthcare programs. This remote RN position focuses on improving access to women's healthcare services including preventive care education, reproductive health support, wellness programs, and ongoing care coordination.

The ideal candidate will have strong women's health nursing experience and enjoy helping patients navigate healthcare services through digital platforms. The Women's Health Telehealth RN will work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams to provide personalized remote healthcare support.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing support for women's health patients
• Conduct remote health assessments and patient consultations
• Educate patients on preventive healthcare and wellness programs
• Coordinate referrals, appointments, and follow-up care
• Support reproductive health and chronic care programs
• Review patient concerns and communicate with providers
• Document clinical interactions in EHR systems
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Women's health, OB/GYN, or ambulatory nursing experience preferred
• Excellent patient education skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Experience with telehealth technology
• Ability to work independently from home
