Pacific Women's Digital Health is seeking a dedicated Virtual Women's Health Coordinator to support our growing telehealth programs focused on women's wellness, preventive care, and healthcare access. This remote healthcare role helps patients navigate virtual appointments, educational resources, and ongoing care services.

The Women's Health Coordinator works closely with providers, nurses, and patients to create a smooth digital healthcare experience while supporting personalized healthcare journeys.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual women's health appointments
• Support patient onboarding and healthcare navigation
• Communicate care instructions and program information
• Assist providers with administrative workflows
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Support preventive care and wellness programs
• Respond to patient questions through secure communication channels
• Coordinate follow-up activities with care teams

Qualifications

• Healthcare coordination experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential healthcare information
• Experience with digital healthcare platforms
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively from home
