This remote nursing position focuses on patient education, healthcare navigation, appointment coordination, and ensuring individuals receive the support needed throughout their care journey.

The Virtual Patient Advocate RN serves as a trusted healthcare resource for patients by combining clinical nursing knowledge with digital communication tools and patient-centered care strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing guidance and patient support
• Help patients understand healthcare services and treatment plans
• Assist with appointment coordination and healthcare navigation
• Identify patient barriers and connect individuals with resources
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support teams
• Conduct virtual wellness check-ins
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Promote positive patient experiences through telehealth services

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Patient advocacy or care coordination experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to explain healthcare information clearly
• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working in a remote healthcare environment
