This remote healthcare leadership position oversees virtual care workflows, team performance, technology adoption, and patient experience initiatives.

The Virtual Care Operations Manager works closely with clinical leaders, healthcare providers, technology teams, and administrative staff to deliver efficient, scalable, and patient-centered digital healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for virtual healthcare programs
• Lead remote telehealth support teams
• Develop workflows to improve patient access and experience
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on care delivery improvements
• Support implementation of new telemedicine services
• Improve provider and patient workflows
• Create operational reports and performance updates
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
