MedVision Virtual Care is seeking experienced critical care nurses to join our TeleICU team. This advanced remote nursing position supports hospital intensive care units by providing virtual monitoring, clinical collaboration, and expert nursing guidance to bedside teams.

The TeleICU Registered Nurse works with intensivists, bedside nurses, and healthcare specialists using advanced telemedicine technology to help improve patient safety and critical care outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote ICU monitoring and clinical support
• Review patient information from critical care monitoring systems
• Collaborate with intensivists and bedside nursing teams
• Identify changes in patient conditions requiring attention
• Support evidence-based critical care practices
• Assist with clinical documentation review
• Participate in virtual patient safety initiatives
• Communicate effectively with hospital care teams

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years ICU nursing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
• Experience with critical care technology
• Ability to work in a high-performance virtual environment
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Intensive Care Unit nursing
• Critical care transport
• Cardiac ICU or Medical ICU
• Telemedicine nursing

Technology Used

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts available including day, night, and weekend options.
