This remote healthcare position focuses on helping individuals access digital medical services, understand care options, and successfully connect with healthcare providers.

The Telehealth Care Navigator serves as a bridge between patients and healthcare teams by providing guidance, coordination, and personalized support through modern telemedicine platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through telehealth enrollment processes
• Assist patients with scheduling virtual healthcare appointments
• Help patients understand available healthcare resources
• Provide support for digital healthcare platforms
• Coordinate communication between patients and care teams
• Identify barriers preventing access to healthcare services
• Maintain accurate patient support documentation
• Provide excellent patient-centered service

Qualifications

• Healthcare support experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
