About the Role
Join EverWell Virtual Care as a Remote Telehealth Registered Nurse supporting patients throughout Minnesota. You will conduct virtual assessments, educate patients, coordinate care, and document encounters.
- Perform virtual nursing assessments.
- Coordinate with physicians and care teams.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Educate patients on treatment plans.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Telehealth or clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication.
