MountainView Telehealth Education is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Clinical Educator to support healthcare professionals through virtual training, clinical education, and telehealth implementation programs. This remote nursing role helps organizations improve digital healthcare delivery by providing education, resources, and ongoing clinical support.

The Remote RN Clinical Educator works with nurses, providers, and healthcare teams to promote best practices in virtual nursing, patient engagement, and technology-enabled care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver virtual clinical education programs
• Train healthcare staff on telehealth workflows
• Create educational materials for nursing teams
• Support adoption of digital healthcare tools
• Provide guidance on virtual patient care practices
• Evaluate training effectiveness and collect feedback
• Collaborate with clinical leadership teams
• Maintain professional healthcare education standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Clinical education or training experience preferred
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with healthcare technology
• Ability to teach remotely using digital platforms
• Excellent organizational skills
