NorthStar Clinical Improvement is seeking a Quality Improvement Nurse to support healthcare organizations in improving safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes. This remote nursing role combines clinical expertise, data analysis, and collaboration with healthcare teams to advance quality improvement programs.

The Quality Improvement Nurse will review healthcare performance information, identify improvement opportunities, and assist organizations in implementing evidence-based practices that enhance patient care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical quality metrics and healthcare outcomes
• Review patient care processes for improvement opportunities
• Assist with quality improvement projects
• Analyze healthcare reports and performance data
• Collaborate with nursing and provider teams
• Develop recommendations for improving care delivery
• Support compliance with healthcare standards
• Prepare quality improvement documentation and reports

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Clinical nursing background required
• Experience with healthcare quality programs preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage projects remotely
