Northeast Virtual Medical Group is seeking a highly organized Remote Physician Practice Coordinator to support our expanding telemedicine operations. This work-from-home healthcare role helps manage virtual physician workflows, coordinate patient services, and improve daily clinical operations.

The Physician Practice Coordinator works closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to ensure virtual appointments, documentation processes, and patient communications run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for virtual physician practices
• Manage provider schedules and appointment workflows
• Support telemedicine visit preparation
• Communicate with patients regarding healthcare services
• Assist providers with administrative workflows
• Monitor appointment completion and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate operational records
• Support continuous improvement of virtual clinic processes

Qualifications

• Healthcare administration experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting medical offices preferred
• Comfort with digital healthcare systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule
