The Oncology Care Coordinator serves as a connection point between patients, caregivers, providers, and healthcare resources while ensuring patients receive timely support throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oncology patient care activities
• Support scheduling of virtual oncology appointments
• Communicate with patients regarding care plans and resources
• Assist patients with healthcare navigation
• Track patient needs and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with oncology nurses and providers
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families

Qualifications

• Healthcare coordination experience preferred
• Oncology, nursing, or patient support background preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
