Wasatch Virtual Healthcare Education Center is seeking a Remote Telehealth Training Specialist to design and deliver education programs that help healthcare professionals successfully adopt virtual care technologies. This position supports hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations by creating training materials, conducting virtual training sessions, and improving user confidence with telehealth systems.

The ideal candidate enjoys teaching, understands healthcare workflows, and can translate complex technology concepts into simple, effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create telehealth training programs and educational materials
• Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions
• Develop user guides and online learning resources
• Support onboarding of healthcare teams
• Evaluate training effectiveness and user feedback
• Collaborate with clinical and technology teams
• Maintain training documentation
• Assist with telehealth adoption initiatives
• Provide technical education support
• Track learner progress and engagement

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, Technology, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience delivering professional training programs
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfort working with healthcare technology
• Ability to create clear instructional materials
• Experience supporting remote learners
