Buckeye Virtual Healthcare Network is seeking a Provider Relations Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, and digital health partners. This remote leadership position focuses on provider engagement, partnership growth, communication strategy, and improving the overall telehealth experience for healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate understands healthcare operations, provider relationship management, and virtual care models while bringing strong communication and strategic partnership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Support onboarding of new telehealth providers
• Manage provider communication strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve provider satisfaction
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams
• Monitor provider engagement metrics
• Resolve provider concerns and operational challenges
• Support healthcare partnership initiatives
• Prepare provider performance reports
• Represent the organization during provider meetings

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
• Healthcare relationship management experience preferred
• Experience working with physicians or healthcare organizations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple provider relationships
