This remote healthcare position focuses on patient communication, digital healthcare education, appointment support, and improving engagement with telehealth programs.

The Patient Engagement Specialist works with healthcare teams to ensure patients receive the guidance and resources needed for successful virtual care experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage patients using phone and digital communication
• Explain telehealth services and processes
• Assist patients with virtual care preparation
• Support patient retention programs
• Track patient engagement activities
• Document patient interactions
• Collect patient feedback
• Collaborate with healthcare support teams

Qualifications
