The Telehealth Medical Assistant works with nurses, physicians, and healthcare teams to ensure patients receive organized and effective virtual care experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for virtual healthcare appointments
• Collect patient information and medical history
• Support providers during telehealth visits
• Document patient information accurately
• Assist with follow-up communication
• Coordinate virtual appointment workflows
• Maintain electronic health records

Qualifications
