Midwest Digital Care Implementation Group is seeking an experienced Telehealth Implementation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital healthcare technology projects. This remote leadership role manages cross-functional teams responsible for launching telehealth solutions, improving clinical workflows, and supporting healthcare organizations through digital transformation.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex healthcare projects, coordinating stakeholders, and delivering technology solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end telehealth implementation projects
• Create project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking
• Coordinate clinical, technical, and operational teams
• Lead stakeholder meetings and project updates
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Support healthcare technology deployments
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
• Develop implementation documentation and training materials
• Ensure successful transition from implementation to operations
• Report project status to executive leadership

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
• Healthcare project management experience preferred
• Experience managing technology implementations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Experience working with remote teams
