This position works with hospitals, clinics, providers, and technology teams to design implementation strategies, improve workflows, and ensure successful adoption of telehealth platforms.

The ideal candidate has healthcare consulting experience, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of digital healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead telehealth implementation projects
• Develop deployment plans and project timelines
• Analyze healthcare workflows and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with clinical and technical teams
• Configure and optimize virtual care solutions
• Provide implementation training and support
• Monitor project milestones and outcomes
• Identify operational challenges and solutions

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred
