Capital Digital Health Experience Research is seeking a Remote UX Researcher to improve healthcare technology experiences through user research, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and product insights. This role focuses on understanding patient and provider needs and translating research findings into better digital health solutions.

The ideal candidate has experience conducting UX research, analyzing user behavior, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to create intuitive healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research for healthcare technology products
• Design and execute usability studies
• Interview patients, providers, and healthcare stakeholders
• Analyze user behavior and experience data
• Create research reports and product recommendations
• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers
• Support user-centered design processes
• Identify opportunities to improve healthcare workflows
• Develop research frameworks and methodologies
• Present findings to technical and executive teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of UX research experience
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience analyzing user feedback and behavior
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
