This role focuses on troubleshooting, customer support, issue resolution, documentation, and ensuring healthcare users receive reliable technology assistance.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting software users, troubleshooting technical problems, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to healthcare users
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
• Assist users with telehealth platforms and applications
• Document support requests and resolutions
• Manage support tickets and service requests
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed
• Create user guides and technical documentation
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend improvements

Minimum Qualifications
