This role focuses on troubleshooting, system support, issue resolution, customer communication, application monitoring, and maintaining reliable digital healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting software applications, resolving technical issues, communicating with users, and working in technology-driven healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for healthcare software platforms
• Troubleshoot application, system, and connectivity issues
• Assist healthcare users with technology solutions
• Monitor system performance and resolve incidents
• Document support requests and resolutions
• Escalate complex technical issues when needed
• Perform software configuration and troubleshooting
• Support remote users and healthcare teams
• Create knowledge base documentation
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams

Minimum Qualifications
