This role focuses on server administration, system monitoring, user support, infrastructure maintenance, security updates, and ensuring reliable operation of healthcare applications and services.

The ideal candidate has experience managing enterprise systems, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security practices, and supporting mission-critical healthcare technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain healthcare IT infrastructure
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Perform system upgrades and maintenance tasks
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support virtualization and cloud environments
• Implement security updates and configuration changes
• Create technical documentation and procedures
• Collaborate with IT security and engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of systems administration experience
