This role focuses on server administration, system monitoring, user support, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation of healthcare applications.

The ideal candidate has experience managing IT systems, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, supporting enterprise environments, and maintaining secure technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain healthcare IT systems
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Perform system updates and maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage user accounts and access permissions
• Support application and infrastructure deployments
• Create system documentation and procedures
• Assist with backup and recovery processes
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of systems administration experience
