This role focuses on project planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, implementation strategies, and delivering healthcare technology initiatives on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting digital transformation initiatives in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare technology projects from initiation through completion
• Create project plans, schedules, and implementation strategies
• Coordinate engineering, clinical, and business teams
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings and status updates
• Manage stakeholder communication
• Support software implementation and deployment activities
• Identify and resolve project challenges
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Drive continuous process improvement

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Experience managing technology projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
