This role focuses on product strategy, roadmap planning, user research, stakeholder collaboration, market analysis, and delivering technology solutions that improve healthcare experiences.

The ideal candidate has experience managing software products, collaborating with engineering teams, understanding healthcare workflows, and translating customer needs into successful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define healthcare product vision and strategy
• Manage product roadmaps and feature priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and clinical teams
• Gather user feedback and conduct market research
• Translate healthcare needs into product requirements
• Manage Agile product development processes
• Analyze product performance metrics
• Support product launches and improvements
• Communicate product updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing software or technology products
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams
