Bluegrass Healthcare Technology Services is seeking a Remote IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance for healthcare technology environments. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting healthcare applications, resolving user requests, and ensuring reliable digital health operations.

The ideal candidate has experience with help desk operations, endpoint management, healthcare software support, and delivering excellent customer service in fast-paced technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for healthcare staff
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Support electronic health record applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions
• Install and configure software solutions
• Document incidents and resolutions
• Escalate complex technical issues
• Maintain endpoint security standards
• Support remote healthcare workstations
• Contribute to knowledge base documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
• IT support or help desk experience
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple technical requests
