Wasatch Healthcare Access Solutions is seeking a Remote Patient Navigator to help patients successfully access healthcare services through virtual support, appointment coordination, and healthcare education. This work-from-home healthcare position connects patients with providers, resources, and care teams while improving the overall patient experience.

The Patient Navigator works closely with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to reduce barriers to care and ensure patients receive timely support.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with navigating healthcare services
• Coordinate appointments and referrals
• Provide information about available healthcare resources
• Support patients through virtual communication channels
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and care teams
• Follow up with patients regarding care needs
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication practices

Qualifications

• Healthcare customer support experience preferred
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to explain healthcare processes clearly
• Experience with electronic systems preferred
