Garden State Healthcare Advocacy Group is seeking a Remote Patient Care Advocate to help patients navigate healthcare services, understand available resources, and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. This remote healthcare support position focuses on improving patient experiences through compassionate guidance and coordination.

The Patient Care Advocate works with patients, caregivers, providers, and healthcare organizations to ensure individuals receive the support they need throughout their healthcare journey.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support to patients and caregivers
• Assist patients with healthcare navigation questions
• Coordinate communication with healthcare teams
• Help patients understand healthcare resources
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Follow up on patient concerns and requests
• Support patient satisfaction initiatives
• Maintain confidential healthcare information

Qualifications

• Healthcare customer support experience preferred
• Strong empathy and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with healthcare systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently remotely
