The Patient Access Representative serves as a key connection between patients and healthcare organizations by helping individuals access appointments, resources, and virtual healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with healthcare access needs
• Schedule appointments and virtual visits
• Verify and update patient information
• Respond to patient questions through approved channels
• Support registration and intake processes
• Coordinate communication with healthcare teams
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication
