GreenMountain Digital Health is seeking a Digital Health Implementation Specialist to support healthcare organizations adopting modern telehealth and digital care solutions. This remote healthcare technology position works with clinical teams, administrators, and technology partners to successfully launch and optimize virtual healthcare programs.

The Digital Health Implementation Specialist helps healthcare organizations improve patient access by ensuring telemedicine platforms, workflows, and digital tools are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of telehealth technology solutions
• Coordinate digital health project activities
• Train healthcare teams on virtual care platforms
• Assist with workflow optimization for remote healthcare services
• Troubleshoot technology and user adoption challenges
• Collect feedback from healthcare organizations
• Create implementation documentation and training resources
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare technology or operations
• Strong project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Understanding of telehealth workflows preferred
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects
• Comfort working with remote teams
