Horizon Telehealth Solutions is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Telehealth Nurse to support patients through virtual mental health and behavioral healthcare programs. This remote nursing position provides an opportunity to combine clinical nursing expertise with innovative digital healthcare technology.

The successful candidate will support patients experiencing behavioral health challenges by providing virtual assessments, medication support coordination, patient education, care navigation, and collaboration with licensed mental health providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual nursing support for behavioral health patients
• Conduct telehealth assessments and patient check-ins
• Monitor patient progress and communicate care concerns
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, and healthcare providers
• Educate patients about treatment plans and available resources
• Support medication management workflows
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation
• Follow HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, or community nursing experience preferred
• Excellent patient communication skills
• Understanding of mental health care principles
• Ability to provide compassionate virtual support
• Experience using electronic medical records
